Born in East LA within the 51st District, Luis truly calls our community home. He has lived in each corner of the district — from East LA to Silver Lake to Eagle Rock.

A history of commitment to this district — including service as Chair of his Neighborhood Council and Parks Funding Oversight Committee and Mayoral appointee to and President of LA’s East Area Planning Commission.
